Altron Color Imaging is a family owned and operated fine art reproduction and printing company with 15 years of experience specializing in Iris Giclée™ fine art printing. Our staff is made up of artists, photographers, and exceptional trades people. Our vast knowledge and expertise gives us the ability to produce Fine Art Prints of superior quality.

Only the finest art papers and canvas are used along with an exceptional ink-set that enables us to achieve an incredible color gamut. Benefits of an Altron Giclée

Giclée Fine Art Printing is more precise than that of the best in traditional printing methods. No plates or screens are used, thus the prints have a higher apparent resolution than lithography and a dynamic color range is even greater than serigraphy.

The Giclée Fine Art Printing process is a ‘print on demand’ system that allows you to set a number for your limited edition but only order prints as you need them. By doing this it allows you the opportunity to produce, distribute and take orders on your images as the market requires. You can allow yourself to be more flexible and present more smaller editions to your market at the same time. There is no need to tie up funds for a large inventory and it lowers the costs associated with storage and overhead.

You are free to make the decision to further change your print to meet a particular market demand. An artist can add their own personal touch to their finished prints. The prints may be hand embellished by the artist, to substantially increase the value, using any of a variety of media such as paint, ink, or gold leaf stamping for mixed media effect.

Care should be taken, as with any piece of fine art, not to subject it to nature’s destructive elements. Choosing a location with minimum exposure to light, humidity and heat will provide you with more than 75 years of pleasurable viewing.
